These instruments have been manufactured with the strictest adherence to quality procedures at Hewlett Packard, Tektronix, etc. Their accuracy and precision have been designed into the equipment and can thus be easily maintained. Nevertheless, unless otherwise agreed to, ELECTROLAB furnishes its merchandise with a standard 5 day right of refusal for any reason and a 90 day warranty.

Prices quoted represent the best offer at the time of publication. Since ELECTROLAB specializes in refurbished test and measurement equipment it is subject to the whims of supply and demand so please be aware that prices do fluctuate with time. If the stated prices are more than 20 days old or you think that the prices may have changed recently, please check it out with us by phone, by FAX or by email.
The Warranty
All purchases from ELECTROLAB carry a 90-days parts and labor limited warranty after delivery. A purchased item may only be returned to ELECTROLAB with an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. To obtain an RMA number, simply contact us either by phone, by FAX or by email with details of the purchase ready for approval. If a purchase is received in damaged condition, you must immediately file a claim with the freight carrier and report the same to us. All packaging materials must be saved for inspection by the carrier representatives.
Terms/Delivery
All orders, except where previously specified to the customer, will be delivered within two weeks after ELECTROLAB’s confirmation of having received and accepted the order. FOB shipping point. Net 30 days terms are available to customers with approved credit. When ordering for the first time, please include trade references to speed the processing of your order.
